I’m the Clinical Director here at Kilcoole Vets, originally from South Africa and now happily calling Ireland home for the past three years. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me out running or hiking, experimenting in the kitchen, curled up with a good book or getting lost in a puzzle. At the practice, I’m most often accompanied by my dog Ella (who firmly believes she works here) and my cat Lucy, who prefers to supervise from a distance. I’m currently finishing my Advanced Practitioner Certificate in Small Animal Medicine, with a particular passion for feline medicine, ultrasound and endocrinology. I love the challenge of putting all the medical pieces together and, just as importantly, building lasting relationships with both my patients and their people. I’m deeply passionate about ensuring Kilcoole Vets always operates with patient care at its heart—while also feeling like a home away from home. Creating a practice that is warm, welcoming, fun to work in and reassuring to visit is something I’m incredibly proud of, and I look forward to caring for your pets as if they were my own.
