My past experience is based mostly in customer care and retention. I have over 7 years worth of experience working in customer service and hospitality. This brought me to Waterford institute of Technology to receive a Bachelors Honors in Social Science . My studies varied from psychology, economics and sociology. I also studied an elective module called Personal and Professional development where I got a chance to build on my interpersonal skills .
In 2022 I moved to Wicklow to my partner and found myself working as part of an online Pet-shop. During my time at this company I worked in multiple departments such as sales, customer service, stock management and order processing. I also gained my certification as a health and safety officer during this period.
I loved working with pet products and their owners so much that I decided to take a short term position working on reception in a nearby veterinary clinic initially, before eventually taking my position here at Kilcoole working as both a reception and as a pet care assistant.
In my spare time I travel back and fort to my small home place in rural Wexford, running around after my own fur baby Pawline ( Paw as in paw, get it) and watching true crime documentaries.
